The Student Parliament represents the interests of the students.

The Student Parliament (StuPa) at the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences is made up of student delegates, each directly elected by the students for a two-year term of office. As the major decision-making body, the StuPa makes key decisions concerning the student population, takes stances on university and research policy issues, and appoints the General Students' Committee (AStA). The student body charter (Satzung der Studierendenschaft an der Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt) contains further information on the StuPa.

The current StuPa members are:
